What You'll Learn

Your customer relationship manager, or CRM, is an excellent tool to help your business grow. But it only works if it has leads for your sales team to follow.

Unfortunately, CRM software isn’t designed to generate leads for your business.

Here’s the good news:

Lead generation tools like Leadfeeder integrate directly with major CRM software for a seamless experience.

This course will teach you how to integrate Leadfeeder with your CRM to get the most out of both tools.

If you’re just getting started, make sure you’re familiar with the Leadfeeder basics before continuing.

This course includes seven short video tutorials that teach you how to use Leadfeeder with your CRM to save time, sync data, and close more deals.

Lesson 1: Leadfeeder and your CRM

Leadfeeder includes native integration to all major CRM software.

When you connect a CRM, you unlock new functionality in Leadfeeder that lets you create tasks and comments for individual leads. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to integrate Leadfeeder with your CRM.

Lesson 2: CRM integration settings

Leadfeeder automatically syncs data with your CRM after integration.

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to use your settings to view your last data sync and customize which data is shared between your CRM and Leadfeeder.

We’ll also cover how to trigger a manual sync and ensure your connection is working correctly.

Lesson 3: Sending individual leads

You can manually send leads from Leadfeeder to your CRM.

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to check if a lead in Leadfeeder has already been sent to your CRM. We’ll then teach you how to send over an individual lead manually and create a new task or opportunity.

Lesson 4: Sending multiple leads

Leadfeeder can automatically send multiple leads to your CRM.

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to configure your feeds to automatically send leads to your CRM in bulk. You can use the same process for tasks created in Leadfeeder.

In this lesson, we’ll share our top time-saving tips for syncing data between Leadfeeder and your CRM.

You’ll learn how to filter leads to help you set the correct owner in your CRM and place the lead in the right pipeline stage.

We’ll also show you how to create custom feeds for each team member so you can track your team’s overall performance.
