Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Leadfeeder is a fast growing international SaaS startup, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. We are an international remote team of 60+ members around the world.

We've developed an online service, which automates sales lead generation for B2B companies. Leadfeeder helps companies identify who visits their website, qualify the leads based on their behaviour and convert the most promising visitors into sales leads.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Onboarding Specialist

As the Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for training our client base primarily in the EMEA region.

Being part of the Customer Success team, you will coach and train our new and existing clients and users to ensure their digital marketing and sales efforts are successful with Leadfeeder, making sure they understand the tool, and making Leadfeeder an integral part of their marketing/sales toolstack and process. This will be accomplished by conducting online training sessions and webinars, and through email, phone, in-app chat support, and the occasional onsite visit.

Working together with other Customer Success team members across the world, you’ll be responsible for the successful onboarding of our clients, and help the team educate our clients better. The ultimate goal here is ensuring growth through user adoption. This involves tracking metrics related to churn and other customer success measurements.

You will get into an exciting growth role, with lots of possibilities for development and learning, and additionally be a strong link in helping to improve our platform, education, and service together with our core teams in Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product development.

  • You are based in the EU: preferably in the Helsinki or Amsterdam area
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant SaaS sales/marketing experience
  • Experience with digital sales & marketing tools
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to move quickly from one client to the next
  • Flexible, coachable and natural team work spirit
  • Self-leadership to motivate yourself in a (possible) remote work position (We use Slack, Zoom etc. for transparency in our remote work across teams)
  • Fluency in English, and additionally languages skills in Finnish, Danish, Swedish, German, Dutch, and/or Norwegian are considered a strong plus.

You are not expected to know everything right away, but you need to be seriously motivated to learn and have the right balance of knowledge and interests to enable you to flourish and grow in this role.
