About this role

We are looking for an experienced individual within PPC to join the marketing team at Leadfeeder. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing, planning and optimising our global PPC campaigns in order to increase new trial signups and subsequently new customer revenue. Using channels including (but not limited to) Search, Display, Remarketing, Social and ABM you will be responsible for growing new customer revenue, while maintaining the desired payback period.

The role is both strategic and hands on in nature. Working with the Head of Growth (and other members of the marketing team), you will be responsible for developing the paid acquisition strategy while simultaneously being able to implement and optimize this strategy across all paid channels to achieve maximum level of growth.


  • Creating and managing paid ad strategy across Search, Display, Remarketing, Social, ABM and other relevant channels.
  • Owning and continuously optimizing paid channels, including paid Search, Display, Social, ABM and new to-be-developed channels
  • Identification of new paid marketing channels and growth initiatives to increase new customer acquisition
  • Managing paid advertising budgets optimally to achieve business KPIs, ensuring paid revenue grows and payback period is achieved as we scale
  • Lead customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc)


  • At least 4 years hands on PPC experience in a high volume B2B or agency environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS industry is beneficial but not a requirement
  • At least 4 years of experience in Google Ads platform with proven experience creating, executing and continually optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns
  • Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads experience is beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of all tracking systems including Google Analytics, GTM and other conversion tracking systems
  • Extremely analytical and data driven, with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI
  • Growth mindset - comfortable taking on new challenges outside their comfort zone
  • Ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment – fluid and flexible
  • Fluent in English
