LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Unlike most of the tools on our B2B social media list, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is not a third party tool. It's actually a premium product offered by LinkedIn, and it's incredibly powerful for several reasons. For starters, it gives brands direct access to their target audience, and helps fill the gap in social media tools that focus mostly on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. 

So, what can you expect with Sales Navigator?

Oktopost is designed for B2B companies but tends to be used by enterprise businesses, so it might be too much for smaller B2B brands.

Agorapulse is a full-featured social media scheduling, reporting, and engagement tool. It makes it easier for B2B companies to manage multiple social accounts all in one place by providing an 'in-box' where multiple members can manage comments, schedule posts, and track metrics. 

It also offers workflow tools like tasks and bulk editing options. Keep track of engaged users by adding customer notes, tracking their history, and using custom labels to stay on top of your most engaged social followers.

Buffer is one of the OGs of social media management. It's a full-featured tool for scheduling, creating, tracking, and responding to comments on social media. It wasn't designed specifically with B2B businesses in mind, but it is still a solid all-around social media tool. 

Here are a few of my favorite Buffer features:

  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns, and generate snazzy reports. 

  • Create and coordinate visually appealing social media posts. 

  • Respond to comments faster by pulling them all into one dashboard. 

If your company is highly active on social media, Buffer is an ideal way to manage everything all in one place.

Rating: 4.6 out of 5 stars 

MeetEdgar is a social media automation and scheduling tool designed to make social media easier. Sounds good, right? If you are looking for a way to automate social sharing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, this is the tool you've been looking for.

Unlike other tools that only listen on social, Clarabridge can listen to calls, online reviews, social media posts, and surveys so you can track feedback everywhere. It also provides detailed data insights so you can see exactly what is working.

Hubspot offers several different tools, including a CRM, marketing automation, and social media management tool. They claim to be "one social tool to rule them all." 

So, what does Hubspot's social tool do? For starters, it helps you manage all of your social accounts in one place, so no more hopping back and forth between Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. It also suggests the best time to post, and can automatically post new content as you publish it. 

For small businesses with 1,000 or fewer contacts, it can be an attractive option, but pricing goes up drastically (from $45 a month to $800 a month) if you have more than 2,000 contacts.

The inbox feature provides a stream of actionable data that allows several people to monitor accounts simultaneously. Each mention can be marked as "priority", "unread", "archive" or "favorite," helping teams stay on top of mentions without being overwhelmed. 

One big drawback from a B2B standpoint is Mention does not integrate with Linkedin; just Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.

Khoros offer several products, including a social media marketing tool to help brands schedule, publish, and measure social media growth. The platform is designed to be scalable by providing data insights, access control, and cross-channel conversation management in one platform. 

Which B2B Social Media Tool is Right for Your Company? 

Managing social media doesn't have to be a headache. If you are tired of bouncing around between platforms and struggling to figure out what actually works, it's time to put one of these B2B social media tools to the test. 

Just remember that one tool might not do it all. You might pair a large tool, like Buffer or Sprout Social, with tools that fill the LinkedIn gap, like Leadfeeder and Sales Navigator.
