Two things at once: a brand-new capability inside an existing feature, and a brand-new feature.
Lists now enriched with AI agents.
AI Enrichment in Lists used to score companies against criteria from your own database. Now it’s Agentic. Ask any question in plain language — “who runs a sustainability programme?”, who uses HubSpot?”, “which of these companies just raised a Series B?” — and an AI agent does the web research for you across every company in your list. Plus the same Lists you know now find decision-makers in bulk, including phone and email.
Workflows — scale what works.
A brand-new feature. Take the same triggers, conditions, and actions you can already build in Lists and run them continuously in the background. Auto-route, auto-tag, push intent and scores to your CRM, fire a Slack alert — all the moment a relevant event happens.
One filtering system, two modes.
Any filter or scoring rule you validate in a List works as a Workflow condition. No re-building, no re-learning.
A closed loop.
