With 20 years in IT sales and leadership, Roderick de Greef brings deep expertise in building and scaling high-performing international teams. He has a strong track record across both product-led and sales-led growth, most recently growing Lucid Software’s EMEA business. He has also held Global senior leadership roles within other SaaS organisations, with particular focus in the EMEA region.

In his new role, Roderick de Greef will lead global sales across new business and partnerships. He will play a central role in scaling Leadfeeder’s go-to-market engine, combining data, AI, and strong cross-functional collaboration to help teams engage the right accounts and win more deals, faster.

Roderick will advance Leadfeeder’s AI-driven go-to-market strategy, helping teams to identify high-intent accounts and convert opportunities with increased speed and precision through both product-led and sales-led motions. A cornerstone of his approach will be deepening alignment between sales and marketing, leveraging Leadfeeder’s own platform to turn website intent signals into a unified pipeline view. Additionally, he will expand new channels and fortify the partner ecosystem to broaden Leadfeeder’s market reach and customer impact.
