These Promotional Terms & Conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) govern the “100% Bonus Credits” promotional offer (the “Offer”) made available by Dealfront Group GmbH and its affiliates, including but not limited to Dealfront Germany GmbH and Dealfront Finland Oy, (in the following also referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, “Company” or “Leadfeeder”) to eligible existing customers during the May 2026 Expansion Campaign. By accepting or activating the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, your existing subscription agreement with Leadfeeder, and Leadfeeder’s standard Terms of Service and your acknowledge our Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and your subscription agreement, your subscription agreement prevails, except with respect to the specific subject matter of the Offer, which is governed by these Promotion Terms.
1. Promoter
The Offer is made available by Leadfeeder, a company providing website visitor identification and B2B intent data services to its subscribers. References to "Leadfeeder" in these Promotion Terms refer to the specific contracting entity identified in the customer's existing subscription agreement.
2. Promotion Period
The Offer is available from 27 May 2026 (00:00 CEST) until 12 June 2026 (23:59 CEST) (the “Promotion Period”). To benefit from the Offer, eligible customers must complete activation through the Leadfeeder team within the Promotion Period as set out in Section 5 below. Activation requests, calls, or purchase orders received after the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Offer, and standard pricing will apply.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Offer is available exclusively to:
existing Leadfeeder customers with an active paid subscription as of the start of the Promotion Period;
customers in good standing, with no overdue invoices and no material breach of their subscription agreement; and
customers who receive a direct communication from Leadfeeder inviting them to participate in the Offer.
3.2 The Offer is not available to:
trial users, free-tier users, or prospects without an active paid subscription;
resellers, distributors, agencies purchasing on behalf of multiple end-clients, or other channel partners, unless expressly approved in writing by Leadfeeder;
employees, contractors, or affiliates of Leadfeeder purchasing for personal or internal use; and
customers in jurisdictions where the Offer would be unlawful or restricted under applicable law.
4. The Offer
4.1 Promotion Period
During the Promotion Period, eligible customers who purchase additional credits (the “Purchased Credits”) will receive an equivalent number of bonus credits (the “Bonus Credits”) at no additional cost, equal to 100% of the Purchased Credits volume (i.e., a 2:1 total-to-paid ratio).
For clarity: a customer purchasing 10,000 credits during the Promotion Period will receive a total of 20,000 credits in their account (10,000 Purchased Credits + 10,000 Bonus Credits).
4.2 Exceptions
For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer applies exclusively to incremental, additional credit purchases made during the Promotion Period. It does not apply to recurring subscription fees, standard plan renewals, or any credits purchased before the start of the Promotion Period (see further Section 7).
4.3 Bonus Credits
are issued in the same product credit type as the Purchased Credits;
have no independent monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another account, organisation, or third party;
are non-stackable with other discounts, promotions, vouchers, or negotiated commercial terms unless expressly agreed in writing by Leadfeeder;
will be credited to the customer’s account once the corresponding invoice for the Purchased Credits has been paid.
4.4 Purchased Credits
If payment for the Purchased Credits is subsequently reversed, cancelled, or charged back by the customer's payment provider or bank (e.g., due to a payment dispute), the corresponding Bonus Credits issued under this Offer will be immediately voided and permanently removed from the customer's account. To the extent any voided Bonus Credits have already been consumed by the customer, Leadfeeder reserves the right to charge the customer for the value of such consumed credits at the standard list price, in addition to pursuing collection of the original amount due for the Purchased Credits.
5. How to Activate the Offer
5.1 The Offer is not available on a self-serve basis.
To activate the Offer, eligible customers must:
book and attend an activation call with their assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM), or — for customers without an assigned CSM — with a member of the Leadfeeder customer team via the round-robin scheduling link provided in the campaign communications;
and
confirm the credit volume and commercial terms in writing (including email confirmation of an order form or quote) before the end of the Promotion Period.
5.2 Bonus Credits
will only be issued once a valid order has been confirmed and accepted by Leadfeeder in writing within the Promotion Period and the corresponding invoice for the Purchased Credits has been paid.
6. Validity and Use of Bonus Credits
Validity period:
Bonus Credits are valid for use until the end of the customer’s current subscription term, or for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, whichever occurs first. Unused Bonus Credits will expire at the end of this period and will not be carried over, refunded, or compensated in any form.
Consumption order:
Where the customer’s account contains both Purchased Credits and Bonus Credits, credits will be consumed in the order determined by Leadfeeder’s platform, which may consume Bonus Credits first.
Use restrictions:
Bonus Credits may only be used within the customer’s own Leadfeeder account, for permitted use cases described in the applicable product documentation and subscription agreement. Bonus Credits must not be resold, sublicensed, or used to provide services to third parties beyond what is already permitted under the customer’s subscription agreement.
7. Limitations and Exclusions
The Offer is limited to one (1) activation per customer organisation during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Leadfeeder. Any subsequent credit purchases made by the same customer organisation after the initial qualifying purchase will not give rise to additional Bonus Credits.
The Offer applies only to additional credit purchases made during the Promotion Period and does not apply retroactively to credits purchased before the start of the Promotion Period or to recurring subscription fees.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other active discount, promotion, or negotiated commercial concession unless expressly approved in writing by Leadfeeder.
Leadfeeder reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse, withdraw, or revoke the Offer in respect of any participant who, in Leadfeeder’s reasonable opinion, has not met the eligibility criteria, has attempted to manipulate the Offer, or has otherwise acted in bad faith.
8. Modification or Cancellation
Leadfeeder reserves the right to amend, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel the Offer, or to modify these Promotion Terms, where necessary to comply with applicable law or regulation, or where technically necessary to maintain or correct the operation of the Offer. **
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Promotion Terms are governed by the same governing law and subject to the same jurisdiction provisions as the customer's existing subscription agreement with Leadfeeder.
Where the customer does not have a written subscription agreement specifying governing law, the applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the contracting Leadfeeder entity as follows: **
