Leadfeeder identifies the companies showing real buying interest on your site. The Microsoft Teams integration delivers those company profiles to where your team already works, so the accounts worth acting on reach the right people without anyone switching tabs.
What's new?
Leadfeeder now supports Microsoft Teams as a native collaboration channel. Teams-user organisations no longer need a workaround.
Send companies to Teams from Company Profile. See a company worth acting on in Leadfeeder? Send it directly to any Teams channel in one click.
Automate with Workflows. Set up a Workflow action to post a company card to a Teams channel automatically.
Permission-controlled from day one. Your admin controls exactly who can send companies to Teams via Access Rights in User Management.
How it works
Go to Integrations Overview → Collaboration → Microsoft Teams and authenticate via Microsoft OAuth. Leadfeeder syncs your Teams channels and users. Set a default channel if you like — it will be pre-selected in the send flow.
From there, two ways to use it:
Manual send: Open any company in Company Profile, click Send to Teams, and it's done.
Workflow action: In Workflows, add a “Send company to MS Teams” action to any flow. The moment a company matches your conditions, Leadfeeder posts the company card to the channel you've configured.
What you can do with it
Workflow-to-outreach, without the lag. A company hits your pricing page → Leadfeeder fires a Workflow → company card lands in your #hot-accounts Teams channel → your SDR acts. No switching tools, no checking inboxes.
Manual share during prospecting. Reviewing a company in Leadfeeder and want a colleague to follow up? Send it to a shared Teams channel from Company Profile in one click.
RevOps automation. Build a Workflow that routes companies to a Teams channel by territory or segment. Replace manual forwarding for Teams-primary accounts.
